Propane System Lease Program
Our “no cost” propane system lease program offers the following on
tanks 320 gallons* capacity or more:
-
Aboveground tank with concrete
blocks to stabilize tank and minimize settling
-
High pressure regulator and pigtail
(on the tank)
-
Low pressure regulator (on the
building)
-
Up to 35 feet of copper tubing from
the tank to the regulator on the house**
-
A comprehensive system check to
verify that no leaks exist in the system***
*Central Wisconsin Cooperative
charges an initial set-up fee for 120 and 250 gallon tanks
** Propane gas code requires the tank to be atleast 10 feet from any
building. Central Wisconsin Cooperative charges time and material
for any tank setback greater than 35 feet.
*** The initial system check is included as a part of the lease. For
the safety of our customers, a mandatory gas check will be performed
every five years at the customer’s expense. Please refer to our
policies and procedures regarding propane gas for more important
information
